Your tasks • Ensuring a regulated and safe flow of traffic at events, construction sites, or temporary traffic diversions • Directing and coordinating vehicle and pedestrian flows • Communication with operations management, organizers, or authorities • Enforcement of safety and traffic rules according to specifications • Friendly and assertive appearance towards road users and passers-by Your profile • Reliable, attentive, and responsible personality • Willingness to work flexible hours (assignments also in the evenings or on weekends) • Good German skills in spoken and written language • Well-groomed appearance and friendly demeanor • Ability to work in a team and resilience • No previous knowledge required – training and instruction will be provided by L&B Sicherheit GmbH if necessary We offer • Attractive remuneration: CHF 28.– per hour (gross) • Internal training and induction into the traffic service • Varied assignments in a motivated team • Development opportunities within the company Interested?
