Your tasks ----------------- • Creation and processing of medical, surgical, and discharge reports • Administrative support in the area of medical documentation • Maintenance of statistics and recording of medical services • Telephone information as well as correspondence with patients, insurance companies, and hospitals • Processing of confidential correspondence • Working with modern patient software • General administrative and organizational secretarial tasks Your profile -------------- • Completed training as a Medical Secretary or Hospital Secretary • Professional experience in a medical secretariat is an advantage • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working • High degree of personal responsibility as well as organizational talent • Enjoyment of administrative activities and contact with people • Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good French skills • Very good MS-Office skills (Word and Excel) • Team player, resilient, and service-oriented personality Interested?
