• IT - Project Management • Luzern • Contracting • Part-time, 80-100% • Immediate start - 31.12.2026 ++ • SAFe, agile, Coaching Your tasks: • Promotion of agile values, principles and ways of working within the team and the organization • Coaching of the team in Scrum, SAFe and agile practices as well as strengthening of self-organization and personal responsibility • Motivation and inspiration of team members as well as promotion of continuous improvement and innovation • Active development and advancement of a high-performing, self-organized team • Support in integrating new team members and organizing team-building activities • Close collaboration and coordination with Product Owner, Release Train Engineer, People Lead and other Scrum Masters • Organization, moderation and ensuring the quality of all relevant Scrum and SAFe events (Daily, Planning, Review, Retro etc.) • Use, analysis and development of team metrics such as Velocity, Flow, Lead Time or Predictability • Support of the Product Owner in backlog maintenance, prioritization and refinement • Identification and elimination of impediments as well as escalation of relevant topics to RTE or People Lead • Protection of the team from interruptions and external disturbances   Your profile: • Several years of experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach • Very good knowledge of Scrum and ideally of the SAFe framework • Distinct coaching, moderation and communication skills • High social competence, empathy and assertiveness • Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working • Certifications such as CSM or SAFe Scrum Master are an advantage • Fluent German and English skills
