Welcome to Consum – a small, cozy wine bar in the heart of Basel's Rheingasse. Consum stands for relaxed togetherness, a large selection of wines by the glass, as well as fine platters and Spanish Tinto & Tapas. In a family atmosphere, locals, international guests, and neighborhood residents meet for a glass of wine or an uncomplicated apéro. We are open Monday to Friday from 5 pm, Saturdays from 2 pm, and Sundays from 3 pm. In service, work is done close to the guest, in a manageable team and in an operation where personality and joy in being a host count. To complement our team, we are looking for a wine bar staff member at an 80% workload distributed over 4 working days per week, starting October 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
