Independently evaluating requests for the recognition of foreign bankruptcy judgments and insolvency measures. Analyzing and evaluating contingency and stabilization plans as well as authorization requests relating to capital market instruments. Independently clarifying complex legal issues in the field of recovery and resolution. Participating in legislative projects and specialized publications. Collaborating with supervisory areas and internal cross-functional functions. Required profile Master's degree in law (Swiss university) with bar exam; additional qualifications (e.g., doctorate, LL.M.) are an asset. Three to five years of professional experience in insolvency law, restructuring, or banking/financial market law. Interest in issues and developments in financial market law. High degree of autonomy, strong analytical skills, and networked thinking. Confidence in relationships and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary contexts. Perfect command of German or French (C2 level) with very good knowledge of the other language (bilingual FR/DE preferred) as well as very good knowledge of English (C1 level); command of Italian is an asset.
