Working days During school weeks: Monday 11:30 to 18:00, Wednesday 11:30 to 14:00 and Thursday 11:30 to 18:00 Tasks & profile What you move • You care for children with challenging behavior and intensive care needs in a 1:1 setting, support them in their individual development and enable gradual integrative moments • You build sustainable relationships that offer security and enable leisure activities • You maintain a constructive dialogue with parents and caregivers • You work closely with other teaching and care staff What you bring • You have a degree from a higher technical college in the field of pedagogy or a comparable qualification • You have experience in accompanying children with challenging behavior • You offer a safe place with your patience, clarity and reliability and maintain calm even in very challenging situations • You work independently, take responsibility and can find situationally appropriate solution approaches based on your experiences and training Your benefits in Bern For meaning & city life With us, you change something.
