«We inspire our customers with quality, standards and impact.» At our headquarters in St. Gallen, you will take on a central role as a Test Manager at the interface between business, development and operations. With your expertise, you will further develop test management, create transparency about quality risks and ensure that new solutions reliably find their way into production. This way, you will make an important contribution to the software quality, stability and further development of our digital services. This is what you will achieve • As a central contact person, you will be responsible for the conception, implementation and further development of test management and will continuously develop test strategies, methods, processes and quality standards. • You will assess, prioritize and coordinate test projects, test cases and regression tests together with business, development and process management and support projects in test planning and quality assurance. • Together with operations, you will ensure a stable and needs-based test system landscape. • By providing transparency about test progress, risks and quality aspects, you will create a solid basis for decision-making for projects and stakeholders. • You will design the use of test management tools in a targeted manner, further develop their use and promote the sensible use of test automation. • You will pass on your specialist knowledge in training courses and thus strengthen a sustainable quality culture within the organization. This is what you bring • A completed university degree (uni/FH) or a comparable education, as well as ideally an ISTQB certification, form the basis of your profile. • You bring several years of experience in test management, quality assurance or quality management, as well as practical experience in the further development of test processes and quality standards. • You work safely and routinely with JIRA, XRAY and Confluence, and knowledge in the field of test automation is an advantage. • Analytical and structured thinking help you to grasp complex relationships, assess risks and develop practical solutions. • In exchange with different stakeholder groups, you communicate clearly and at eye level, create acceptance for quality requirements and convince through your pronounced quality claim.
