Support the company's strategic projects, including new product launches, process evolutions, and quality commitments to customers
Drive the Group's quality performance, through the monitoring of key indicators, the control of non-quality costs, risk analysis, and reporting to General Management
Define the roadmap for internal laboratories and guarantee the reliability of analyses, by supporting their development towards the best reference standards, notably ISO 17025 certification
