Technical Group Leader Civil Engineering and Road Construction Your contribution to us Responsible for leading the construction business in the region in interaction with all relevant stakeholders Develop a shared vision and strategy and live it within the team Responsibility for the performance and the result of the branch Leadership and development of the employees in the branch Acquisition of construction orders and systematic customer care in agreement with the division management Leadership and management of the project and site management for the optimized execution of the projects Conclusion of subcontractor contracts in coordination with the division management Negotiation with the client on essential questions of construction execution, on interpretation, change and expansion of the construction contract as well as on approval of addenda in agreement with the division management Control of the construction process as well as the construction site result Implementation and co-responsibility of work preparation and construction site organization Collaboration and co-design of innovation topics in construction (e.g. BIM) Responsibility for cost, schedule and quality issues What counts for us Completed basic training in construction with further training as a: Dipl.
