In our institution, we are looking for a specialist in communication / public relations (m/w) 70 - 80% as of 1. September 2026 Your main tasks • Planning, organization and implementation of various events, including our spring festival • Conception, design and creation of communication and advertising materials such as flyers, brochures, annual reports and other printed materials • Planning, coordination and implementation of the social media strategy • Planning, creation and editing of photo material • Maintenance of our website and newsletter • Development, planning and implementation of a target group-specific internal and external communication strategy • Cooperation with existing partners in the field of Social Activity • Support for our day care center in marketing their products and services as well as coordination and maintenance of cooperation with cooperation partners • Assistance with donation management • Responsibility for compliance with and further development of the CI/CD • Maintenance of media contacts and implementation of PR measures Your profile • You are a communications specialist with a federal certificate of proficiency or have a commercial basic training with many years of experience in the field of communication, event management and public relations. • You are a communicative person who works result- and future-oriented. • You have a networked way of thinking, work independently and structured and are characterized by a rapid grasp and pronounced planning and organizational skills. • You have good editorial skills and a stylistically secure, error-free German. • You have an advantage of having in-depth user knowledge in Contao, CleverReach, Adobe Photoshop, Canva and Abacus.
