For our Carouge (GE) site, we are looking for a Customer Advisor at the Carouge Shop (sanitary installer) Your main missions are: • Technical support and advice to our customers in the shop and in the showroom • Technical support and advice by telephone and by email on our product range • Creation of delivery notes using SAP • Ordering and stock management using SAP • Repairs of our faucet products on site • Support for customer service by preparing material for orders • Help and support for our customer service by providing technical advice by telephone • Cash desk management In addition, you occasionally support our after-sales service colleagues in external service. You have training in the sanitary sector (for example sanitary installer, service installer, etc.) as well as several years of professional experience in technical customer service or in a similar function. You are familiar with the use of PCs (Word, Excel and ideally SAP). You have a good command of the French language and can communicate well orally.
