Head of Marketing & Sales, Member of the Executive Board (m/f/d) Main tasks: Leadership of the Marketing & Sales department, coaching the 25 employees Sales activities and product management for sports equipment (trading products and in-house production) Responsibility for Brand Management and Sports Marketing As a member of the Executive Board, promotion and representation of the overall interests of the company Sales discussions and the maintenance of relationships with Key Accounts Sales activities in Technical Sales and associated After Sales activities for the Sports and Stage business areas Acquisition and implementation of small projects as well as execution of repairs in the After Sales area Planning and implementation of artistic gymnastics hall projects Customer support and acquisition of new customers in the area of service as well as maintenance of the gymnasiums and stages under contract Support and development of the network with partners and associations Requirements: Completed higher business administration training or corresponding professional experience with further training (Higher Vocational Education or University of Applied Sciences) Many years of professional experience in 2-3 of the 5 areas of responsibility (Marketing & Sales) Proven leadership competence in multi-level team leadership Experience in the sports industry (professional or professional sports) Future-oriented and progressive in mindset, fitting into the Executive Board, wanting to drive development and promote innovation Positive charisma, strong appearance as well as extroverted side, to inspire employees, customers, and partners for a cause Will to take responsibility and actively help shape and change the company Ideally interest or experience in artistic gymnastics/gymnastics Good German and French skills in speaking and writing Work location: 9642 Ebnat-Kappel Managing Partner, Viavanta AG via job@viavanta.ch.
