For our valued client, a telemarketing service provider based in Uster ZH, we are looking for a Call Center Agent Outbound (25-80%) # Employment: 50-80% Location: Uster Industry: General services Publication date: 22.07.2026 Your tasks: • Contacting and acquiring new customers (print media) • Optimization of the customer portfolio, identifying sales opportunities • Conducting needs analyses and selling the products • Expanding customer relationships What you bring with you: • Career changers with a flair for sales are very welcome • Very good Swiss German skills (mandatory requirement) • Communicative, convincing and structured personality with drive • Someone who is willing to go the "extra mile" • Proficient use of PC & EDV • Flexible availability (regular evening & Saturday shifts) What you may expect: • 1-2 evening shifts per week / 2-3 Saturdays per month • Shift times (08:15 - 12:00 / 13:00 - 16:00 / 16:30 - 20:00) • Fridays only until max. 16:00, Saturdays only until 12:00 • Thorough induction • Good connections with public transport / parking available • Great flexibility regarding the workload (25%-80% workload possible) • Working hours between Monday - Saturday (5 working days per week) Are you interested?
