Your area of responsibility * Technical and personnel management of a small manufacturing team * Manufacturing and programming: Production of high-precision individual parts as well as independent creation of programs using CAM systems (preferably Mastercam) * Conventional processing: Operation of conventional machines as needed * Ensuring an extremely high level of accuracy through the use of modern measuring and testing equipment * Development perspective: Optional, gradual takeover of the entire workshop management in the event of mutual success Your profile * Successfully completed training and preferably further education as a mechanical engineering technician HF, industrial master or a comparable qualification * Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ * Around 10 years of solid professional experience in CNC machining, ideally supplemented by initial management experience * Safe handling of CAM systems (preferably Mastercam) and ability to operate conventional machines * Communication-strong, flexible and team-capable personality with high quality orientation, who feels comfortable in a small business Your contact: Valerio Pennella will be happy to provide you with further information about this position.
