Your main responsibilities: Completely and autonomously manage the accounting of a portfolio of managed properties and PPE; Process invoices and mortgage interest; Establish management accounts for properties as well as heating accounts; Perform tenant account situations; Control the treasuries of owners and perform related payments; Perform all procedures concerning a takeover and a loss of mandate; Establish quarterly and annual closures. Your profile: Successful experience of at least 3 years in a similar position; CFC or equivalent title; Team spirit, rigor and precision; Good understanding, adaptation and analysis skills; Knowledge of Quorum, an asset.
