Service Assistant (restaurant)

The employer is looking for twenty: Hospitality Events and Public Catering Collaborator at an hourly wage (reported profession) Tasks: • depending on the assigned area, you will handle various activities, including: • service of drinks and food to guests. • tidying up and clearing tables. • support in the preparation of food and dishes before events. • collaboration with the team to ensure efficient and quality service. • compliance with hygienic-sanitary regulations and internal procedures. You may be placed in one of the following departments: Public Catering / Buvette In this department you will mainly deal with: • sale of food and drinks during events and matches. • preparation and service of drinks. • tapping beer and sale of products at refreshment points. • support for the operational activities of the buvettes. • collaboration in a dynamic environment and in close contact with our fans. Hospitality VIP In this department you will be responsible for: • setup and dismantling of spaces dedicated to events. • table service of drinks and food. • tidying up and preparation of hospitality rooms. • welcome and assistance to guests in the VIP area. • contributing to ensuring a high-level experience for clients and guests. Requirements • not having an employer abroad. • motivated, dynamic and service-oriented people who wish to work in a lively environment and in contact with the public. • good knowledge of the Italian language. • knowledge of the German language constitutes a preferential qualification. • well-groomed appearance and professional behavior. • punctuality, reliability and sense of responsibility. • compliance with hygienic-sanitary regulations. • flexibility and availability to work during events and manifestations. • aptitude for teamwork. • orientation towards the customer and service. • ability to work in a dynamic environment. • operational flexibility. • reliability and precision.
