PPE Advisor In the context of the construction of our projects, we are looking for a PPE Advisor. • You advise and accompany buyers in their choices of finishes as well as in their requests for modifications. • You analyze their needs, solicit offers from partners and subcontractors in order to establish quotes, then coordinate their implementation with the works team. • You ensure compliance with validation milestones, organize intermediate visits, ensure invoicing and accompany buyers until the delivery and reception of their accommodation. • You guarantee rigorous traceability by keeping up to date, validating and classifying all documents in a structured manner. Missions: • Welcome and accompany buyers in the PPE process (choices, modifications, deadlines, costs). • Advise clients on their choices of finishes, materials and options. • Collect and quantify modification requests with the help of partners and subcontractors. • Have quotes validated and transmit decisions to the project team and companies. • Monitor the implementation of modifications on plans and on site. • Ensure compliance with key milestones and remind stakeholders. • Organize technical visits and intermediate validations. • Manage reservations related to choices and ensure their lifting. • Ensure invoicing and monitoring of modification payments. • Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation. • Respect current legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. SIA 118). • Participate in the improvement of internal processes and the development of monitoring tools • Contribute to the quantification and submission of specific tenders in connection with modifications and variants You bring: • Training in interior architecture (HES/ES) or architecture/building technology; or equivalent. • Confirmed experience (min. 2-5 years) in accompanying PPE buyers / choice of finishes / showrooms in Switzerland. • Excellent command of French (oral/written); German and/or English, an asset. • Solid skills in reading plans and technical coordination. • Mastery of office tools (MS Office); knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit, an asset. • Developed aesthetic sense and knowledge of materials, finishes and suppliers. • Documentary rigor, sense of planning and strict respect for milestones. • Excellent relational and diplomatic skills; ability to explain technical constraints and arbitrate. • Customer and results-oriented; ability to manage several lots/apartments in parallel • Knowledge of sustainability labels (e.g. MINERGIE): a plus What we offer: • A multicultural work environment with the opportunity to contribute to shaping a viable future • State-of-the-art technologies and a modern workplace within a sustainable company • A company that encourages talent and continuous training of its employees • The security of a financially solid, widely diversified and strongly anchored group in Switzerland • Flexible working models and modern working tools with possibility of telework • An interesting selection of benefits: • 5 weeks of vacation and 9 compensated days per year • An internal pension fund with a very good coverage rate and 3 levels of contribution • Many discounts from renowned suppliers of products and services • Members of our team share in video what makes their experience at Implenia unique: https://youtu.be/wtuhlIfjJq8 If you recognize yourself in this description and wish to join Implenia, we look forward to receiving your application.
