PPE Advisor
In the context of the construction of our projects, we are looking for a PPE Advisor.
• You advise and accompany buyers in their choices of finishes as well as in their requests for modifications.
• You analyze their needs, solicit offers from partners and subcontractors in order to establish quotes, then coordinate their implementation with the works team.
• You ensure compliance with validation milestones, organize intermediate visits, ensure invoicing and accompany buyers until the delivery and reception of their accommodation.

• Welcome and accompany buyers in the PPE process (choices, modifications, deadlines, costs).

• Monitor the implementation of modifications on plans and on site.

You bring:
• Training in interior architecture (HES/ES) or architecture/building technology; or equivalent.

• Excellent command of French (oral/written); German and/or English, an asset.
• Solid skills in reading plans and technical coordination.
• Mastery of office tools (MS Office); knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit, an asset.
