To strengthen our team, we are looking for a/an from now or by arrangement: In this guest-oriented position, you are responsible for: Leading daily operations in the restaurant and ensuring a smooth workflow Responsibility for the team during your shifts and close cooperation with the Restaurant Manager and their deputy Assisting with staff planning with Mirus 3.0, creating daily closings, and ensuring quality and hygiene standards Conducting small training sessions to strengthen the team and implement operational guidelines What you bring with you Completed training in gastronomy/hotel management or a degree from a hotel management school Professional experience in a comparable position and confident handling of Micros Symphonie Experience in upscale hotel operations and in Room Service Fluent German and English skills, any further foreign language is a plus Sense of responsibility, flexibility, resilience, and a strong sense of quality Sensitivity in dealing with international guests, joy in staff leadership, and a winning appearance What awaits you What awaits you is a versatile activity in a great team and with many benefits, such as the staff house with a gym, TV lounge, billiard room, and library.
