Patek Philippe SA Genève Prototype Industrialization Specialist (M/F) Patek Philippe SA Genève Prototype Industrialization Specialist (M/F) Mission As part of this function, reporting to our Development & Industrialization Department, you will be responsible for the feasibility analysis and manufacturing of prototypes (dials and appliques) with a view to their future industrialization. Responsibilities Exchange with the Creation department to establish dial prototype requests. Participate in the definition of production processes, feasibility studies, and prepare production files. Be the guarantor of the master data created in the ERP & PLM (routings, bills of materials, technical criteria, and other master data allowing for the manufacture of prototypes). Define the means to be used for the launch of prototype manufacturing (fixtures, tooling, sub-assemblies, supplies, etc.). Coordinate the progress of production orders and orders during the product development phase. Be responsible for the validation of the prototype by the Creation department (conformity of delivered products). Lead the manufacturing of each prototype in project mode, with the collaboration of a multidisciplinary team (ERP master data, industrialization specialist, quality, logistics, production, prototype). Guarantee the quality of all project deliverables produced according to standards. Organize and lead recurring project follow-up meetings and occasional technical sessions (development, production, quality, prototype, etc.). Perform regular reporting on project progress to internal clients and/or the PMO. Profile sought Engineering degree in mechanical or micromechanical engineering or an equivalent degree. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position and ideally in the high-end dial field. Mastery of project management. Very good knowledge of manufacturing means. Knowledge of CAD (ideally Solidworks) and master data. Good knowledge of quality tools (8D, SPC, etc.). Mastery of office tools (MS Office) and good use of an ERP. Sense of analysis and critical thinking. Ability to communicate in a concise and effective manner. Diplomacy and team spirit. Aptitude to coordinate and unite.
