Your tasks: • You are familiar with our diverse products and service offers, offer our customers tailored solutions and convince them with your sales competence • You personally care for our customers and ensure a smooth process for online pickups, returns and repairs • You operate the cash register with ease and handle customer complaints in a solution-oriented manner • You complete administrative tasks that arise in the sales process with pleasure • You ensure an attractive product presentation, keep the shelves constantly filled and process incoming and outgoing goods Your skills and talents: • You have completed vocational training, ideally in retail. • You possess excellent communication and sales skills and are customer- and service-oriented • You have experience in handling cash register systems and administrative processes • You are tech-savvy and enjoy configuring electronic devices • You appear self-confident and charming and convince with your problem-solving skills and flexibility • You are ambitious and like to be motivated by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • You have excellent oral and written German skills
