It also serves as the disciplinary body within the meaning of Art. 72g SpoFöV, which is independent of Swiss Olympic and Swiss Sport Integrity. Since 1 July 2024, the Swiss Sport Court decides on alleged violations of the Doping Statute and the Ethics Statute of Swiss Sport from Swiss Olympic. As of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a legal employee (male/female) for case management and the further development of the secretariat. *** Your tasks • Administrative organization of cases (Case Management) • Administrative and legal support of the arbitration court in the assigned cases • Preparation of hearings • Support to the Director of the Swiss Sport Court Foundation Your profile • Completed legal studies (Master's), preferably with a bar admission • Experience in the field of sports law or sports arbitration • Experience as a clerk and/or Case Manager • Very good knowledge of German, French, Italian, and English • Independent working style and entrepreneurial thinking and acting • Interest and enthusiasm for sport and its values Our offer • An exciting and challenging activity in Swiss sport • Modern employment conditions with flexible working hours • A high degree of independence and personal responsibility • A motivated and collegial team • A modern workplace in Bern
