We offer you the opportunity to join the Gilgen team as PROJECT COORDINATOR (f/m) # ?Regions canton of Vaud, Valais or Neuchâtel ## You act as a hub between clients, sales, production, and construction sites. Using your project and technical experience, you will carry out a large number of projects (new installations and modernizations in the field of automated door and gate systems) for high-quality installations. Your missions: ### • Professionally advise clients by telephone and on-site • Planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects from start to finish (organization, documentation, and cost control) • Coordination of information exchange between the involved departments • Responsibility for compliance with standards, warranty clauses, and legal provisions • Establishment of interim and final invoices • Ensure replacement coverage in the Geneva, La Côte, Bas-Valais, Central Valais, and Neuchâtel regions Your profile: ### • Successfully completed basic technical training CFC in the fields of metal construction, electrotechnics, automotive mechanics; mechanical construction with commercial experience • Continued training as an IPMA level D project manager or similar as an advantage • Knowledge in electrotechnics and control technology as well as at least 3 years of site experience • French native language, German an asset and category B driving license, residing in the canton of Vaud, Valais, or the Neuchâtel region • Strong skills in structured, client-oriented, and autonomous thinking and action, negotiation skills, and enthusiasm for our products complete your profile Our advantages: ### • An autonomous way of working with a company car • Flexible working models and the possibility of teleworking • A culture of trust and openness • Interesting opportunities for continuing education • Above-average benefits in terms of occupational pension If you are interested, we look forward to receiving your online application.
