Kaserne Payerne | 80-100% You can make this contribution <br /> • Lead the Leadership Basic Area 1 (FGG 1) of the Air Brigade 31 (Fl Br 31), which is responsible for the personnel management of the militia of the Fl Br 31 as well as its five airbase, 14 troop bodies and three training/school commands • Support and advise the commander of the Fl Br 31 and the subordinate commands in anticipating the cadre and succession planning of the militia members • Ensure the succession planning and coordination of the militia cadres of the Fl Br 31 and its subordinate commands • Lead the planning, processing and monitoring of the training services (basic training, advanced training, training support and peace promotion service) • Develop and enforce the concepts, guidelines and instructions for the military service obligation of the approximately 7'000 members of the Fl Br 31 • Represent the interests of the Fl Br 31 in matters of <Personnel of the Troop> vis-à-vis the superior authority and third parties <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Professional degree in the commercial sector or equivalent education as well as higher professional training with several years of function-relevant experience • Broad network in the area of <Personnel of the Troop> as well as good knowledge of the corresponding processes • Analytical and conceptual thinking as well as leadership experience • Officer or higher non-commissioned officer with experience in the administrative management of military personnel desired • Very good MS-Office skills as well as knowledge of the military personnel and control system of the army: PISA / MIL Office • Good oral and written knowledge of a second official language and knowledge of a third official language <br /> In brief The Air Brigade 31 (Fl Br 31) with its five airbase, 14 troop bodies and three training/school commands is a dynamic organization focused on deployments and training, making a significant contribution to the performances and tasks of the Air Force and the Army. In this versatile and responsible leadership position, you will coordinate, plan and support the military services as well as the military training and further education of the members of the Fl Br 31 with your team. You will also support the commander of the Fl Br 31 and his subordinate commands in coordinating and anticipating the cadre succession as well as in all technical matters of <Personnel of the Troop>. Thus, you will take on a pivot function in the personnel planning of the militia personnel and support the smooth functioning of a well-coordinated militia personnel corps -- balanced with the professional organization.
