Operations Employee with CNC Experience (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as an Operations Employee with CNC Experience (m/f/d) • Loading and operating modern CNC-controlled production systems in series production. • Carrying out simple visual and quality controls (spot checks). • Deburring, sorting, and preparing components for packaging. • Reporting deviations or machine malfunctions to the shift supervisor / setter. Qualifications #### #### #### #### Technical Competencies #### • Machine loading: Securely inserting, clamping, and removing blanks and manufactured parts on CNC turning or milling machines. • Part cleaning & post-processing: Clean deburring, cleaning, and packaging of the manufactured workpieces. • Simple visual & dimensional control: Consistent checking of manufactured parts for optical defects as well as measuring with simple measuring tools (e.g., calipers, reject/go-gauges). • Cleanliness & order: Maintaining order at the workplace and performing simple cleaning work on the machines. Personal & Social Competencies #### • Reliability & diligence: Exact, concentrated, and conscientious way of working, even with repetitive manual tasks. • Shift availability: Willingness to work in shift operations (e.g., 2- or 3-shift). • Manual dexterity: Good manual sensitivity when handling metal parts and tools. • Teamwork: Reliable and collegial cooperation in the production team.
