Jurist / Policy Advisor International Financial, Monetary and Tax Policy Bern (and home office) | 80-100% This is your contribution Strategic positioning and co-shaping of Switzerland's relations with important partner states in the financial and tax sectors Maintaining the relations of the office with the private sector as well as with domestic and foreign partner authorities Development and implementation of strategies for an attractive financial and tax location Switzerland Preparation of decision-making and planning bases as well as visit documentation for the department and office management Co-shaping of cross-departmental transversal topics, namely market access, competitiveness and regulation projects What makes you unique Completed university degree, ideally in law Initial professional experience in functions with a close connection to the financial and tax sector, financial foreign policy or international tax issues Sound knowledge of strategic financial sector issues, including the regulatory frameworks, and Swiss tax policy Enjoyment of conceptual and analytical work as well as strategic considerations regarding financial market policy, including the regulatory frameworks Pronounced ability to penetrate complex issues, develop innovative solution approaches and prepare strategic recommendations for action Interest in mobile forms of work and competent handling of the digital working world Very good knowledge of two official languages and English as well as passive knowledge of the third official language In a nutshell Are you familiar with Swiss financial market law and do you enjoy strategic questions and conceptual work?
