QM-Manager 100% (m, w, d) Your area of responsibility: • Responsibility for quality, environmental, and energy management ISO 9001, EN15085, ISO 14001 for the Switzerland location • Sovereign planning and execution of the annual audit as well as cooperation with certification bodies • Increase in efficiency and consistency of existing production and business processes • Analysis of key figures, complaints, and risks including derivation of improvement measures • Training and support of technical departments as well as accompaniment of Lean / 5S initiatives Qualifications You bring: • Completed technical training in mechanical engineering with qualified further education and experience in quality management • Compulsory in-depth experience with the certifications and standards ISO 9001, EN15085, ISO 14001 • Experience with internal and external audits as well as QM methods such as FMEA, KPIs, and process modeling • Structured, analytical way of working with high personal responsibility and • Very good German and English language skills as well as secure handling of MS Office Apply now Does this sound interesting to you?
