For our team in Aarau, we are looking for an additional female personnel consultant, an additional male personnel consultant for industries in the field of construction subcontracting and crafts.   Job Description ### Your job is anything but monotonous: • You write job advertisements, you are in contact with candidates and you search for suitable jobs for them • You win new customers in the region and actively maintain existing relationships • You ensure that the right employees are at the right place at the right time • You significantly build up a network in the region • Managing large-scale projects, approaching customers, finding solutions - every single day. • After your induction, you are an expert for all personnel topics of your customers and employees - from wage questions to labor law points to safety regulations.   We expect ### • Background in the craft-construction sector and/or in the commercial sector with knowledge of the construction sector • Extroverted, sales-oriented and fond of the telephone • Communicative and team-oriented personality • You come from the Canton of Aargau and know your way around here • Driver's license Cat.
