What you can do Create and maintain programs for 3D coordinate measuring machines Set up 3D measuring machines and introduce workpieces Conduct analyses and special measurements to ensure the highest quality standards Conduct or support first sample inspection reports (EMPB) Participate in the creation of test plans and definition of measuring devices including execution of MSA 1/2/3 Provide technical support to production personnel on 3D coordinate measuring machines Create and maintain setup sheets Make an active contribution to optimizing process safety and product quality What you bring Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ, designer EFZ or a comparable qualification Further training or several years of practical experience in 3D measurement technology Safe handling of tactile measuring instruments and 3D coordinate measuring machines Ideally, experience with Hexagon PC-DMIS and/or Zeiss Calypso Distinct quality awareness Very good spatial imagination High analytical thinking and the ability to recognize and connect technical relationships Secure reading of technical drawings In-depth knowledge in the field of ISO-GPS, in particular form and location tolerancing Safe handling of computer and Windows Safe handling of the MS-Office palette and Sharepoint Knowledge of SAP and CAQ is an advantage Independent, reliable and diligent working method Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Basic knowledge of the English language is desirable, but not mandatory Your perspective You can expect a varied and exciting task in the growth market of medical technology, which you can shape as a technically skilled, committed and initiative person.
