As a Construction Economist, you ensure the preparation of tenders, from the analysis of tender documents to the submission of tenders, integrating technical and economic structuring, the drafting of the various documents accompanying the tenders, and ensuring the overall consistency of the project (technical, price, planning). Construction Economist (M/F) Your responsibilities and missions: • You analyze contracts in depth (plans, descriptions, SIA, administrative documents), identify and validate technical risks as well as uncertainty zones seen during the study phase. • You participate with the works teams in technical coordination meetings and coordinate internal contributions (technical, purchasing, management). • You perform the quantification of main structures (measurements) and ensure the complete constitution of the tender file (price schedules, provisional schedule, study and execution schedule). • You draft the complete offer documents: technical description by CFC, technical/methodological report, technical and economic variants. • You structure the file to guarantee clarity of reading for subcontractors, consistency between written documents, plans, and prices, as well as alignment with the purchasing strategy and TCO. • You constitute the complete tender file: price schedules, provisional schedule, study and execution schedule • You propose technical and economic variants, search for optimizations (technical, materials, phasing), clarify price assumptions, and transmit the file in a structured manner to the works teams. Why not you? • You hold an engineering, construction economist, or architect degree, with 5 to 10 years of confirmed experience in tenders in a total contractor company. • You master Swiss SIA standards, CFC (2 to 4 digits), reading plans, and local construction practices. • You have a solid TCE culture, with a good mastery of lots 22, 27, and 28 and the interactions between structural work, finishing work, and CVSE. • You master the preparation of tender files: measurements, cost breakdown, technical notes, descriptions, methodological reports, and offer documents. • You are capable of analyzing and optimizing technical solutions, are rigorous, organized, and comfortable in coordination with internal teams and partners. • You master professional tools (advanced Excel, Messerli, WinQS, QuoterPlan, Revit/BIM) • You speak French fluently; English and/or German are an asset.
