As part of our team, you actively contribute to carefully examining maternity services, making clear decisions, and thus ensuring high professional service processing. What you achieve every day Examine the claim for maternity benefits according to the legal and contractual bases. Examine and process simple outpatient invoices in the basic and supplementary insurance area. You answer questions about various maternity services in a competent and service-oriented manner The correspondence is conducted safely and addressed to the addressee with insured persons and service providers, based on templates and individually. What you bring to the team You have a paramedical or commercial training and have in-depth knowledge and experience in the field of insurance medicine, which you use safely and practically. With your independent and reliable work, you take responsibility and contribute to a professional and efficient case assessment. Thanks to your good knowledge of the Swiss health insurance system, you can also handle complex issues and support our customers competently.
