In collaboration with your team, you will contribute to retaining and supporting blood donors, while playing an essential role in the solidarity chain that saves lives. Head of Blood Donor Contact Center (m/f/x) 80%, start date 01.09.2026 or by agreement Your missions • As a group leader, you will ensure the management of a team of about ten people within the blood donor contact center • With your team, you will essentially contribute to ensuring the blood supply in our regions through targeted invitations to donors • You will provide comprehensive advice on all matters related to blood donation • You will manage the distribution of labile blood products • You will guarantee and continuously develop the quality of our services Your skills • CFC commercial employee or equivalent title, complemented by higher education (federal certificate, ES diploma, CAS or Bachelor HES) in the field of management, customer relations, marketing or management • Experience in team management and in the service sector (telephony, tourism). Ability to unite and support a team, keen sense of communication • Pragmatism and autonomy, solution-oriented, excellent relational skills and experience in customer follow-up • Excellent command of French with good knowledge of German.
