In Switzerland, Circet has been active since 2020 and aims for a leading position on the Swiss telecommunications infrastructure market. To strengthen our team, we are looking for people to be engaged immediately or by agreement as Site Manager (m/f) Fields: Public works & cable pulling / sleeve mounting & CO or for the field of indoor LWL installations Regions: Berne, Argovie, Zürcher Oberland and/or eastern Switzerland (the desired region can be indicated during the application). Your tasks • Preparation, coordination and supervision of construction sites in network and fiber optic construction • Interlocutor for municipalities, cantonal authorities and owners • Close collaboration with project managers, site managers and installation teams • Ensuring compliance with quality, deadline and safety requirements • Documentation and reporting of work progress using digital tools • Organization and responsibility for the assigned field: • Public works & cable pulling or • Sleeve/CO mounting or • Indoor installation Your profile • Completed technical training (e.g. construction, electricity, telecommunications) or equivalent qualification • At least 2-3 years of professional experience as a site manager, ideally in network or infrastructure construction • Specialized knowledge in the field of FTTH, public works, cable pulling or mounting • Keen sense of responsibility and safety • Autonomous, structured and solution-oriented way of working • Proficiency in IT tools and digital documentation • Category B driver's license (trailer license is an asset) • Very good knowledge of German, oral and written • Neat, professional and customer-oriented presentation What we offer • An open corporate culture with a flat hierarchy and a great team • Many development possibilities • Good social benefits and market-compliant employment conditions • You can actively participate in the design of processes, work structures and strategies Do you want to progress professionally with Circet Suisse?
