Then shape the shopping experience of tomorrow with us! ## To strengthen our team in the restaurant area, we are looking for a motivated and committed Restaurant Assistant 100% as of 01.09.2026, at the Baden location. ## Your responsibility • You ensure smooth operations and implement the quality and hygiene guidelines in the Restaurant Manora. • You ensure a stylish market atmosphere according to the concept. • You identify, evaluate and utilize the local offering potential. • You are responsible for the personnel management of the employees. • You are responsible for an organized and employee-oriented structure of the restaurant (duty rosters, etc.). • You ensure the training and development of the employees as well as junior talents. • You are present on the floor, lead and support the employees in their daily work. Your profile • Ideally, you have completed basic training in the field of gastronomy or have completed hotel management school. • You bring extensive experience in gastronomy. • You live and love the role as a host. • Ideally, you have been able to gain initial leadership experience. • You convince with a resilient, persistent and reliable personality. • You have a positive attitude towards work, can transfer this to the employees and motivate them sustainably. • You are a talent for improvisation and enjoy challenging questions. • You have the ability to adapt to a high frequency of customers and maintain calm and overview in hectic situations.
