To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, service-oriented, and independent personality as a spare parts salesperson, effective immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks ° Purchase and sale of vehicle spare parts, service and wear parts, tires, as well as accessories ° Competent advice and support of our customers by telephone, in writing, and personally in our retail shop ° Advising workshops, garages, body shops, business customers, and private individuals ° Identification and assignment of suitable spare parts using electronic parts catalogues ° Receipt, recording, and processing of customer orders ° Triggering, coordinating, and monitoring supplier orders ° Ensuring reliable, on-time, and correct order processing ° Creation and processing of offers, orders, delivery notes, and invoices ° Independent processing of complaints, returns, and warranty cases ° Cooperation in goods receipt, warehouse organization, product presentation, and inventory ° Maintenance of customer, article, and order data ° Operating the cash register and performing general administrative work ° Delivery of customer orders if required Your profile ° Completed vocational training as a Retail Specialist EFZ, preferably in the specialization of Auto Parts Logistics, as a spare parts salesperson, or a comparable training ° Several years of professional experience in sales as well as sound industry knowledge in the automotive and spare parts industry ° Good knowledge in the area of vehicle spare parts and confident application of electronic parts catalogues ° Enjoyment of technical advice and active sales ° Good user knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs ° Experience with an ERP or business management system is an advantage ° Very good German skills in spoken and written language ° Independent, reliable, and careful way of working ° Friendly manners as well as a well-groomed and professional appearance ° Strong customer and service orientation ° Ability to work in a team, resilience, and sense of responsibility ° Driving license category B What we offer you ° A varied and responsible activity ° A versatile area of responsibility with direct customer contact ° A collegial and well-coordinated team ° Modern employment conditions ° Careful and comprehensive induction ° An exciting working environment in the automotive industry ° A long-term perspective in an established company Job information Work location: 4663 Aarburg AG Workload: 80–100 % Start date: Effective immediately or by arrangement Employment type: Permanent position Number of positions: 1 Have we aroused your interest?
