The inpatient rehabilitation of patients with severe behavioral disorders after brain injury requires a specially tailored daily structure. An interprofessional treatment team is responsible for this. The focus is on building trust and relationships with patients. The patients are at the very beginning of what is often a long rehabilitation process. The goal is to integrate people into the rehabilitation routine on the other wards. Pflegefachperson 80% - 100% / SAP-Station m/w/d Your area of responsibility ### • Specialist nursing, care and treatment of patients from admission to discharge or transfer • Designing a patient-centered daily routine with the interprofessional team • Defining nursing-specific goals and evaluating the effect and course • Ensuring and coordinating nursing treatment, including instruction of other professions Your profile ### • Completed training as a Dipl.
