What you achieve • As a saleswoman or salesman, you learn about the insurance business and support various teams at our Solothurn location. • During your 3-year training starting in summer 2027, you help people who have been involved in accidents to return to work. • You advise our customers by phone, in person, and in writing. • You process and respond to inquiries from our insured companies. What you bring • You attend secondary school with good grades or vocational school with very good grades. • You approach others openly and enjoy working in a team. • You can express yourself well verbally and in writing. • You enjoy helping people and finding solutions. • Your application includes a resume, a letter of motivation, and upper-secondary school certificates.
