Lead Fitter in Overhead Line Locomotive

This is what you can achieve. • Together with the team, you will carry out laying work for overhead wires, suspension cables, and cables with the overhead line locomotive (FZM) and, as the lead fitter, take on technical responsibility on the construction site • You will be the point of contact for the execution managers (AVU/AV), conduct on-site inspections, and support them in planning work with the overhead line locomotive (FZM) • You will coordinate work deployments, resources, and dependencies with the relevant partners, ensuring quality, punctuality, and efficient collaboration. • You will lead and instruct employees technically, manage deployments, and monitor the correct execution of work, as well as compliance with safety measures on construction sites. • As a militia trainer, you will train employees on the overhead line locomotive (FZM) • If required, there is an opportunity to train employees as militia trainers on the overhead line locomotive (FZM) This is what you bring. • For this exciting challenge, you will bring a high level of resilience and a strong sense of safety. We also place great emphasis on teamwork and independent working. • You possess a skills certificate in the electrical or construction industry and have several years of experience in overhead line construction, including switching authorization and expertise. • Good PC and user skills (MS-Office, etc.) will make your job easier. You have already demonstrated your experience in execution planning and implementation of construction sites. • Irregular working hours and standby services do not bother you, and you can communicate very well in German (any additional national language is a plus). Ideally, you have a locomotive license of category A or higher, as well as a driver's license of category B.
