Your tasks Independent management of the entire administration Accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting including payment transactions and dunning management Support with financial accounting, closings, and cooperation with fiduciary partners Contract, document, and master data management Administrative support for the management Coordination with customers, suppliers, and external partners Optimization and digitalization of our administrative processes and workflows General organizational and commercial tasks of an SME What you bring with you Commercial training and several years of professional experience in a comparable function Good knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial accounting Independent, structured, and reliable way of working Enjoyment of responsibility and a versatile SME all-round function Confident use of MS Office as well as ideally experience with ERP or Fibu systems Interest in digitalization and process optimization Very good German skills What awaits you A responsible and varied position with a lot of creative freedom, short decision-making paths, and direct contact with the management.
