Then soon complement our care team in Bauma as Specialist in Care 60 - 100% Your field of activity • Individual, structured support in everyday life and in leisure time • Implementation of support goals and binding agreements • Simple nursing tasks • Support and relief for clients with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, shopping, and meal preparation • Careful electronic documentation • Close team coordination and interdisciplinary cooperation • Active participation in shaping a location in further development The setting Supporting people on the autism spectrum means: • Working with fixed routines and clear structure • Sensitivity to overwhelm and withdrawal • Reliable support and maintaining calm, even in challenging situations • Responsibility in 24-hour operations with early, late, weekend, and night presence What you bring • Completed training as FaBe EFZ • Experience in supporting people with disabilities • Ideally experience in the ASD area or a clear willingness to undergo in-depth training • Inner stability and the ability to remain calm even in tense situations • Enjoyment of teamwork and clear communication • Willingness to work in shift operations, including night and weekend shifts • Good language and IT skills for daily documentation • Driver's license, Cat.
