(Exclusive) HR Business Partner / HR Generalist (80-100%) / Permanent Introduction On exclusive assignment for our client, a renowned industrial and trading company based in Winterthur (near station location, parking available and partial home office possible), we are looking for a skilled Type of work In this versatile, newly created function, you will take over the HR area support (HRBP) for your business units at various locations of our client in German-speaking Switzerland (approx. 150 employees). You will work in versatile HR subject areas (consulting, support, personnel planning, recruitment, personnel development, HR controlling, etc.) and are the competent contact person for your line managers throughout the entire HR lifecycle. You are also active in the areas of HR projects and change management, and undertake coordination tasks regarding case management. In your activity, you will be supported by sympathetic HR service and payroll clerks and report directly to the Head of Personnel, whose deputy position you may also assume. As a versatile HR Generalist, you bring practical experience in all facets of the HR lifecycle (including recruiting, support, project work). You communicate with style in German and can also communicate well in English. Other language skills (öish) are an advantage. You are proficient in using MS Office applications and also have good HRIS knowledge (ideally Abacus).
