We specialize in energy renovation, transformation in occupied sites, vertical extensions, and densification. Construction sites of various sizes for both private and institutional clients.   Profile sought ## Architect or draftsman with experience as a project manager and DT 90% - 100% Project leader: confirmed ease in conducting meetings. Dynamic, very autonomous and endowed with a high sense of responsibility.   Assets / experience Minimum 5 years of professional experience. ## Experience in Switzerland is a major asset Mastery of Archicad in 3D is a major asset Good knowledge of execution details and SIA standards Knowledge of tendering procedures   Tasks and responsibilities ## Versatile and committed, you intervene across the entire project lifecycle. Preparation of tenders (DeltaProject). Direction of works for small and large projects Preparation of projects and execution plans. Drawing support on Archicad.   Education level ## Graduated architect or building draftsman with experience as a project manager and DT.   Start date ## To be agreed
