• 25 June 2026 • 40 - 50% • Indefinite duration • Bern La Croix Bleue Berne-Soleure-Fribourg is an organization specializing in addiction issues with the activity areas prevention + health promotion, counseling + therapy as well as integration + companies. Approximately 90 employees and more than 260 volunteers distributed across 13 sites implement the many offers, which are co-financed by service mandates from the cantons as well as by donations and contributions from institutions and individuals. The networking with the Swiss and international Croix Bleue supports innovation and quality assurance. La Croix Bleue is politically and confessionally independent. To strengthen our Communication + Fundraising sector, we are looking for, for 1 September 2026 or by agreement, a Polygrafist / Polygraf EFZ or media producer Working time 40 % - 50 % Field of activity In this versatile function, you design and produce media content for the internal and external communication of La Croix Bleue Berne-Soleure-Fribourg. You contribute to making our offers, services and campaigns visible in a targeted and professional manner via different communication channels. Your main tasks include : • Production of media content for print, online and social media channels as well as for registrations • Image retouching and preparation of print-ready files for different communication channels • Participation in the planning, implementation and evaluation of campaigns (digital and analog) • Support in the production of photo reports, creation of shorts, reels and stories • Maintenance and updating of website content • Maintenance and updating of the CRM system Tocco, notably for direct marketing Required profile For this varied function, we are looking for an autonomous and reliable personality with a good sense of visual communication and messages adapted to target groups. You bring : • A completed training as a Polygrafist / Polygraf EFZ, media producer or a comparable qualification • Ideally professional experience in the field of communication, marketing or in an agency • Good knowledge in the design and preparation of content for different channels • A secure mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, in particular InDesign and Photoshop • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications • An autonomous, structured and careful way of working • Flexibility and pleasure in collaborating in interdisciplinary teams • Excellent knowledge of German orally and in writing • Identification with the mission of La Croix Bleue as well as an interest in the themes of prevention, health and addiction Experiences or the willingness to familiarize yourself with the following subjects are an advantage : • Content management systems (e.g. Typo3, Drupal, WordPress) • Canva ; Affinity • Video production and editing (e.g. Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) • Automation and optimization of publishing processes We offer • A varied and meaningful activity with creative leeway • Collaboration in a small, committed team with short decision-making paths • Space for personal initiative, development work and professional evolution of the sector • Possibilities for continuing education and professional development within the framework of the function • A central workplace in the heart of Bern Do you feel concerned?
