HVAC Facility Management Technician We are recruiting an HVAC Facility Management Technician. HVAC Facility Management Technician The HVAC Technician ensures the proper functioning, maintenance, and safety of buildings, technical installations, and associated services, in order to guarantee a safe, functional working environment in compliance with current standards. MISSIONS Technical management and maintenance of the site Ensure the maintenance and troubleshooting of the site's HVAC installations. Manage and monitor all maintenance contracts and works. Plan preventive maintenance on the site's CMMS system. Update the site's CMMS system for preventive and curative maintenance. Optimize the operation of the installations. Prepare and write procedures and activity reports. Provide the weekly 24h/24h on-call service for the installations according to the schedule. REQUIRED QUALITIES AND COMPETENCIES CFC in the field of Climate Engineering or a degree deemed equivalent. Good multi-trade technical knowledge. Ability to read and understand technical plans and diagrams. Proficiency in common IT tools and ideally a CMMS. Service-oriented and good interpersonal skills. Autonomy and spirit of initiative. Rigor and organizational skills. Ability to manage priorities and emergencies.
