To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Polyvalent Employee in Hospitality at 100%, able to evolve with ease between reception, breakfast service and room maintenance. Your missions Within a dynamic team, you actively participate in the smooth operation of the hotel by intervening in several sectors. a Polyvalent Employee in Hospitality at 100%, able to evolve with ease between reception, breakfast service and room maintenance Reception • Warmly welcome our clients and ensure check-in and check-out. • Provide personalized service and tourist information about Geneva. • Respond to client requests with professionalism and reactivity. • Ensure administrative operations, billing and payment. • Guarantee the application of the establishment's quality standards and contribute to the loyalty of our clients. Breakfast Service • Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet. • Monitor restocking and presentation of products. • Welcome clients in the breakfast area. • Ensure the cleanliness of the spaces and respect for hygiene standards. Housekeeping • Participate in the cleaning and maintenance of rooms and common areas according to the establishment's quality standards. • Ensure the comfort of our clients by guaranteeing impeccable rooms. • Collaborate closely with the team to ensure excellent service quality. Schedules The position requires great flexibility and is carried out according to a rotating schedule, both during the week and on weekends. Practiced shifts: • 06:30 - 15:24 • 06:45 - 15:39 • 08:00 - 17:09 • 15:00 - 23:22 Your profile You enjoy contact with clients as much as operational work on the ground. You are recognized for your sense of service, your dynamism and your versatility. You possess notably: • An excellent presentation and excellent interpersonal skills. • A first successful experience in hotel reception (an establishment of a similar category is an asset). • Experience or interest in housekeeping and breakfast service activities. • An excellent sense of organization and rigor. • A taste for teamwork. • Perfect discretion and respect for confidentiality. • *An excellent command of French and English*. German is a real asset. • Availability to work according to variable schedules, during the week, weekends and holidays.
