Job Description ## A mission that has meaning, at the heart of Genevan EMS • As a nursing assistant, you intervene on occasional or planned missions within medico-social establishments in the canton of Genève. • Alongside a multidisciplinary team, you play a key role in the global care of residents. • You perform nursing care and support with autonomy and benevolence, under the responsibility of a nurse, while ensuring clear and reliable handovers to guarantee continuity of care. • Flexible hours (continuous, split, night, weekends and public holidays) for a rhythmic, human and rewarding activity. Profile sought ## • You are a nursing assistant and can justify at least one year of successful experience in geriatrics. • A first experience in EMS in Switzerland would be a real plus. • Sensitive to the well-being of residents, you place the human being at the heart of your practice.
