IT Project Manager - FR / GE

Job Description ## The IT Project Manager is responsible for the definition, planning, and delivery of digital projects throughout their entire life cycle, from scoping to user adoption. In close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and international partners, he/she plays a key role in operational excellence and transformation initiatives. Project Delivery • Drive IT projects from end to end, from initiation to production launch • Define scope, objectives, deadlines, and deliverables • Develop and monitor project plans, milestones, and dependencies • Coordinate testing, production launch, and adoption phases • Ensure budget and resource management Stakeholder Management • Coordinate business stakeholders (clinical, operational, commercial) and technical stakeholders • Facilitate decision-making and ensure alignment between teams • Drive relations with external providers and partners Governance, risks & quality • Identify, monitor, and anticipate risks, issues, and dependencies • Escalate critical issues and propose mitigation plans • Ensure compliance with governance, quality, and security standards Transformation • Contribute to digital initiatives, including artificial intelligence • Drive integration projects in merger/acquisition contexts • Identify opportunities to improve patient journeys and services The Successful Applicant ## Skills • Excellent IT project management and delivery capabilities • Proven experience in complex and international environments • Very good communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to anticipate risks and make informed decisions • Structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach • Solid technical knowledge (applications, infrastructure, digital) Languages • Mastery of English • French and German required Qualifications • Higher education (Bachelor or Master) in computer science or information systems • Experience with external providers desired • Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system: an asset • Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile, etc.): a plus What's on Offer ## Flexibility: flexible hours 2 days of teleworking per week Quote job ref JN-062026-7044696 Job Function Information Technology Specialisation IT Project & Programme Management Industry Healthcare / Pharmaceutical Where Fribourg Contract Type Permanent Job Reference JN-062026-7044696
