For an attractive permanent position with our customer in the Zell LU region, we are looking for a Building Technician / Building Services Technician (m/f) as Deputy Team Leader HLKK in Zell (LU) ## Your area of responsibility: ## • Preparation and planning of recurring maintenance work on building services systems in a larger industrial operation • Participation in renovation and new construction projects within your own area • Independent handling as well as support of projects in the field of building services technology / building technology • Support in the maintenance and further development of the ERP system (SAP) • assumption of the deputy leadership of the building services department in the absence of the leader You bring: ## • completed training as a sanitary installer, heating installer, refrigeration engineer, mechanic or electrician • proven experience in the fields of refrigeration, heating, compressed air and ventilation systems and in operational maintenance • experience in coordinating and leading employees • driver's license cat.
