Senior CVC Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION A specialized engineering firm in building techniques and complex technical project management is seeking a Senior CVC Project Manager to strengthen its team in Romandy, Switzerland. The position involves the complete management of projects in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitation fields, from pre-project phases to site monitoring, with direct responsibility for technical, financial, and organizational aspects. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Ensure the direction, organization, and implementation of CVC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation) projects • Lead projects from preliminary studies to completion and commissioning • Establish budget estimates and prepare offer and tender calculations • Define and monitor technical installation budgets • Organize and coordinate internal teams, external contractors, and partners • Structure and manage private and public tenders • Participate in negotiations with companies and suppliers • Ensure economic and financial monitoring of projects as well as cost optimization • Guarantee compliance with deadlines, technical requirements, and service quality • Monitor invoices and track site progress • Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and environmental standards • Identify technical and economic risks and propose corrective measures • Lead project meetings with various stakeholders • Supervise technical teams in conducting studies and site monitoring YOUR PROFILE • Higher education of EPF, HES, ES Technician or equivalent in the CVCS field • Proven experience of at least 3 to 5 years in CVC project management or a similar function • Experience in a Swiss engineering firm: a significant advantage • Good knowledge of applicable standards and regulations (SIA, SICC, Suissetec, AEAI, energy legislation) • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ease in budget management and multi-stakeholder coordination • Good writing skills for preparing reports, specifications, and tenders • Natural leadership and ability to unite teams around common goals • Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and organization • Resistance to stress and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Mastery of computer tools, technical software, and planning tools • Fluency in French; German is an advantage WHAT WE OFFER • Participation in varied and high-added-value technical projects • Dynamic environment with an experienced team • Great autonomy in project management • Modern working tools and collaborative environment • Opportunities for professional development and continuous training • Prospects for medium- and long-term evolution • Attractive salary conditions based on experience and skills
