Project Manager M/F# Description of the company Our client is a major player in building technologies and security infrastructure in Switzerland. As part of the development of its activities in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Safety Project Manager specializing in access control systems, video surveillance, and electronic security. As a Safety Project Manager, you will ensure the overall management of projects and coordinate all internal and external stakeholders. Job description • Complete management of safety projects: planning, budget, coordination, and operational monitoring • Management of projects related to access control systems, video surveillance, and electronic security • Coordination of technical teams, partners, and suppliers • Interface between commercial, technical, financial, logistical teams, and customers • Monitoring of installations and support during commissioning phases • Animation of project meetings and progress reporting • Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards • Management of customer relationships throughout the project Sought profile • Completed technical training, ideally supplemented by project management training • Proven experience (5 to 10 years) in managing technical projects • Experience in the field of safety/electronic security is essential • Good understanding of access control and video surveillance systems • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage complex projects • Excellent organizational and relational skills • Customer-oriented and sense of responsibility • IPMA certification or equivalent: a real asset • Fluent French, English appreciated What we offer### • A company recognized for its expertise in critical technical environments • Varied and stimulating projects with prestigious clients • A structured environment with real development prospects • Collaboration with experienced technical teams • An attractive salary package according to experience
