Project Manager in Locksmithing

We are recruiting on behalf of a recognized company specialized in locksmithing, metal construction and custom work, a: Locksmithing Project Manager (M/F) Responsibilities Studies and preparation of projects Analyze technical files and architects' plans Carry out measurements and feasibility studies Develop quotes and participate in project pricing Prepare manufacturing files and execution plans in collaboration with the technical office Participate in calls for tenders and technical negotiations Project management Plan the different phases of manufacturing and installation Organize and coordinate production, assembly and subcontracting teams Ensure financial monitoring of operations and budget compliance Guarantee compliance with deadlines, quality and contractual requirements Participate in site meetings and ensure liaison with architects, works directors and clients Site monitoring Supervise the smooth running of works until reception Anticipate technical problems and propose adapted solutions Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in force Ensure administrative monitoring of projects and management of any additional work Profile CFC metal constructor, metal designer-constructor or equivalent training Additional training as Project Manager, ES Technician, Federal Certificate or equivalent experience Confirmed experience in managing locksmithing or metal construction projects Good mastery of reading plans and metal manufacturing processes Ease with computer tools and drawing software (AutoCAD, Tekla, or equivalent, an asset) Sense of organization, autonomy and excellent coordination skills Good interpersonal skills and customer focus Benefits Flexible hours Telecommuting 1 day/week Office closure on Fridays at 1pm Possibility of company car Contact information Do not hesitate to send us your application, it will be treated in complete confidentiality!
